... and seeing this precipice, a gash in the earth below, always causes my stomach to drop slightly every time I look at the photo!
These were taken while we were visiting an Indiana state park, during 2008.
When contemplating these photos, I feel the same way as I do about the future, with a deep and exhilarating appreciation of the tension between the beauty and uncertainty of life and the unknown, all of it.
